(searching but hardly “fearless”… or for that matter,
“moral”. anyhow: an inventory. you can’t take *all*
your baggage but i actually *move around* with
some of this stuff. when i move around at all,
    that is.)

  2. you know, my methods, watson.
    you know i can’t tell a toyota
    from a datsun.
and i don’t look for the pages
    that the plot’s in.
    you know, my methods, watson.

    you know, my meth-heads, watson
so show ’em to the slipper
    that the pot’s in!
an when you fill the pipe, put
lots and lots and lots in!
you know, my meh, thuds, watson.

  3. blahblah

    seven-eighths disaster.
fuck it. i sang my bitter
little heart out at the bar
    later and was seven-
    -eighths hit. they bought
    me some beers & smiled
a lot and gave me a ride
    home. and kept trying
to get me to do requests.
    you know what?
    thanks for the drink.

    “extravagantly differently
    abled” might eventually
    become tiresome. good
    thing there’s a plan “B”.

post by me (’09): “acting out his follies”.

  5. The following excerpt, the beginning of the Gospel of John, is rendered in a reconstructed pronunciation representing a progressive popular variety of Koiné in the early Christian era, with vowels approaching those of Modern Greek.[11]

[ˈen arˈkʰi in o ˈloɣos, ke o ˈloɣos im bros to(n) tʰeˈo(n), ke tʰeˈos in o ˈloɣos. ˈutos in en arˈkʰi pros to(n) tʰeˈo(n). ˈpanda di aɸˈtu eˈjeneto, ke kʰoˈris aɸˈtu eˈjeneto ude ˈen o ˈjeɣonen. en aɸˈto zoˈi in, ke i zoˈi in to pʰos ton anˈtʰropon; ke to pʰos en di skoˈtia ˈpʰeni, ke i skoˈti(a) a(ɸ)ˈto u kaˈtelaβen]
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
